At maturity, the investor can choose whether to withdraw the capital and exit the investment or enter as a co-owner of the business already started by Thale Property. From this moment on, the investor will no longer have the ROI but a dividend on the profit of the business

The investor buys 1 or more shares in participation of different activities (Restaurant, Real Estate and services) without the option to enter in the future as co-owner. For the purchase of these shares the investor will receive an annual return (ROI):

• Capital blocked for 1 year 22% annual

• Capital blocked for 2 years 24% annual

• Capital blocked for 3 years 26% annual

At maturity the investor can decide whether to withdraw the capital or renew the investment for 1 – 3 years
